New Class: Art Jam (Ages 10–15)
This one’s for the next generation of young artists who are ready to get creative, experiment, and make something amazing!
Over four weeks, students will explore:
🎨 Colour mixing and painting techniques
🖌 Design transfer onto paper or canvas
🪶 Charcoal shading
🌈 Fun mixed media backgrounds
Each student will finish with their own colourful canvas masterpiece — and a big creative confidence boost.

This 4-week block covers essential elements including skies and clouds, trees and foliage, land and water, composition, colour, and perspective. Ideal for building confidence, skills, and a strong understanding of how landscapes come together.

Apply your skills in this guided personal project block. Over four weeks, develop your own interpretation of a landscape, seascape, farmscape, or cityscape. With ongoing support, you’ll refine composition, create a focal point, and work through an oil painting from start to finish.✨ Perfect for both beginners and intermediate painters looking to strengthen their understanding of oil painting in a relaxed, supportive environment.

Week 1-4 Seeing & Celebrating Trees – Acrylics & Mixed Media
Discover acrylic and mixed-media techniques through a series of small studies inspired by bark, leaves, branches, and light. Explore textures, patterns, and limited colour palettes while building strong observational skills.
Weeks 5-8 Seeing & Celebrating Trees – Acrylics & Mixed Media
Photograph your favourite gum trees and learn how to choose composition, angles, and light to create interest. Then develop a larger acrylic canvas painting based on your chosen reference image.
